Structural features

1. The skeleton structure of the substation is made of channel steel and angle steel, with high mechanical strength, the shell is made of aluminum alloy plate, aluminum-zinc plate, cold plate spraying or composite plate and other materials, the surface is smooth and flat, the product is beautiful and generous, and has good anti-corrosion performance.

2. Each room in the substation is separated by partitions into independent small rooms.

3. The top cover is a double-layer structure to prevent heat radiation.

4. The top of the transformer is equipped with an exhaust fan, which automatically controls the temperature of the transformer chamber and increases the air convection room temperature.

5. In order to facilitate the maintenance of monitoring, the transformer room, low-voltage room and high-voltage room are equipped with lighting devices, and their switches are controlled by the door.

6. The rotatable connection parts of the substation are sealed with rubber belts, which have good moisture-proof ability.
