### Preparation
- **Tools and Materials**: Two dual-control switches, one lamp, electrical wires, wire strippers, screwdrivers, electrical tape, etc. need to be prepared.
- **Safety Precautions**: Before wiring, make sure to turn off the power supply to ensure safety and prevent electric shock accidents.
### Specific Wiring Steps
- **Connecting the Live Wire**: Connect the live wire of the power supply to the L terminal of the first dual-control switch. Some dual-control switches may be marked with "LINE" or "COM", etc., which have the same function as the L terminal.
- **Connecting the Dual-Control Wires**: Lead a wire from the L1 terminal of the first dual-control switch and connect it to the L1 terminal of the second dual-control switch. Then, lead a wire from the L2 terminal of the first dual-control switch and connect it to the L2 terminal of the second dual-control switch.
- **Connecting the Lamp Wires**: Connect the control wire of the lamp (usually the live wire) to the L terminal of the second dual-control switch. The neutral wire of the lamp is directly connected to the neutral bar or the neutral wire of the power supply.
- **Insulation Treatment**: Use electrical tape to wrap all the wire joints well to ensure good insulation and prevent leakage and short circuits.
### Wiring Methods for Different Situations
- **Three-way Control with an Intermediate Switch**: If it is necessary to control one lamp from three locations, an intermediate switch can be added between the two dual-control switches. When wiring, connect the L1 and L2 of the first dual-control switch to the two common terminals of the intermediate switch respectively. After cross-connecting the other two sets of normally open and normally closed contacts of the intermediate switch, connect them to the L1 and L2 terminals of the second dual-control switch respectively. The other wiring methods are the same as those for the dual-control lamp.
- **Two Lamps Controlled by Dual-Control Switches**: Prepare two dual-control switches and two lamps. Connect the live wire of the power supply to the L1 terminal of the first dual-control switch. Lead two wires from the L1 terminal and connect them to the live wire input terminals of the two lamps respectively. The neutral wires of the two lamps are connected to the neutral bar or the neutral wire of the power supply respectively. Then, connect the L2 terminal of the first dual-control switch to the L2 terminal of the second dual-control switch, and connect the L1 terminal of the first dual-control switch to the L1 terminal of the second dual-control switch. Finally, leave the L terminal of the second dual-control switch vacant or wrap it with electrical tape.
During the wiring process, it is necessary to ensure that the connection between the wires and the terminals is firm and the contact is good, so as to avoid poor contact or sparking caused by looseness. If you are not quite familiar with circuit knowledge, it is recommended to ask a professional electrician to carry out the installation to ensure safety and reliability.
