This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical industry, metallurgical steel rolling, transportation energy, light industry and textile and other factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places, as AC 50~60HZ, rated working voltage AC 660V and below power system power distribution equipment power conversion, distribution and control.

This device complies with GB 7251.1 "Low Voltage Complete Switchgear" and JB/T 9961 "Low Voltage Withdrawable Complete Set of Switchgear" professional standards for distressed homes, and complies with IEC 439-1 international professional standards. Normal use of environmental conditions

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C, and its average temperature is not higher than +35°C within 24h.

◆ Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, but temperature changes should be taken into account, and condensation may be accidentally generated.

◆ The altitude does not exceed 2000m

◆ This device is suitable for the following temperature transportation and storage process: -25°C to +55°C range, a short time (not more than 24h) up to +70°C, in these extreme temperature the device should not suffer any irreparable damage, and under normal conditions should be able to work normally.

◆ If the above conditions of use cannot be met, it should be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer.

◆ When this device is used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.

Cabinet structure

The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of C-shaped profile assembly. The C profile is made of steel plate bent with E=25mm as the module mounting hole. All cabinet shelves and inner partitions are galvanized and phosphated. The surrounding door panels, the side panels are sprayed with high-voltage electrostatic plastic.
