GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC 439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB 7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards. Conditions of use

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not less than -5°C, and the average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35"C;

◆ For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;

◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 °C, and a larger relative temperature should be allowed at a lower temperature (such as 90% at +20*C) considering the effect of condensation that may occur occasionally due to temperature changes;

◆ The inclination of the equipment with the vertical plane does not exceed 5°;

◆ Auxiliary circuit scheme

◆ Main busbar

Considering the price ratio and the feasibility of replacing copper with aluminum, the rated current can use single aluminum bus bar when the rated current is 1500A and below, and double copper bus bar when the rated current is greater than 1500A, the production plant manufactures the prototype according to this provision and passes the type test, of course, the production plant can also replace the aluminum bus bar with the same ampacity copper bus bar according to the user's requirements. The lap surfaces of the busbars are treated with tin enamel.
