GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC 439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB 7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards. Conditions of use

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not less than -5°C, and the average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35"C;

◆ For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;

◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 °C, and a larger relative temperature should be allowed at a lower temperature (such as 90% at +20*C) considering the effect of condensation that may occur occasionally due to temperature changes;

◆ The inclination of the equipment with the vertical plane does not exceed 5°;

◆ The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact and places where the electrical components are not corroded;

The main circuit of the GGD cabinet is designed with 129 schemes, a total of 298 specifications (excluding the scheme and specifications derived from the functional change of the auxiliary circuit and the change of the control voltage).

The main circuit scheme was selected with the opinions of the majority of design and use departments, and the scheme required by the power plant was increased. Rated current up to 3150A, suitable for distribution transformers of 2000kVA and below. In addition, in order to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, GGJ1 and GGJ2 capacitor compensation cabinets are designed, and there are 4 main circuit schemes, a total of 12 specifications.

◆ Auxiliary circuit scheme

The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: power supply and power plant scheme, there is enough space in the GGD cabinet to install secondary components, and a special LMZ3D current transformer has been developed to meet the needs of power plants and special users when attached to relay protection.

◆ Main busbar

Considering the price ratio and the feasibility of replacing copper with aluminum, the rated current can use single aluminum bus bar when the rated current is 1500A and below, and double copper bus bar when the rated current is greater than 1500A, the production plant manufactures the prototype according to this provision and passes the type test, of course, the production plant can also replace the aluminum bus bar with the same ampacity copper bus bar according to the user's requirements. The lap surfaces of the busbars are treated with tin enamel.

GGD cabinet mainly adopts more advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced in China, and also retains some of the available old products such as DZIOD, D220, etc. under the premise of full consideration of feasibility according to the principle of economy and reasonableness, and does not choose products that have been eliminated.
