# Preparation Before Installation
1. **Site Preparation**: Select an installation location with good ventilation, suitable temperature, dryness, freedom from dust, and far away from electromagnetic interference sources. Ensure there is sufficient space around the control cabinet to facilitate heat dissipation and later maintenance and inspection.
2. **Tool Preparation**: Prepare various tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, electric drills, wire crimping pliers, and multimeters.
3. **Component Inspection**: Conduct a careful inspection of all components of the control cabinet to check for missing parts, damage, etc., and ensure the integrity of the equipment.

### Cabinet Installation
1. **Fixing the Cabinet**: Use fixing parts such as screws to fix the control cabinet at the pre-selected position, ensuring that it is stable and reliable. Check whether the fixing screws are tightened to prevent loosening.
2. **Installing Rails and Brackets**: Install rails and brackets inside the control cabinet as needed to fix various electrical components and modules. Ensure that the rails and brackets are installed firmly and horizontally.

### Installation of Electrical Components
1. **Installing the Power Supply Module**: Install the power supply module in a suitable position inside the control cabinet, usually at the bottom or on the side to facilitate wiring and heat dissipation. Connect the power supply wires according to the installation instructions of the power supply module, ensure that the power supply voltage and frequency meet the requirements of the equipment, and use appropriate power supply protection devices.
2. **Installing the Controller and Input/Output Modules**: Install the controller and input/output modules on the rails or brackets and tighten the fixing screws. Connect the communication cables. According to the design drawings, connect the communication cables to the communication ports of the controller and input/output modules to ensure that the cable connections are correct and avoid short circuits and open circuits.
3. **Installing Other Components**: Install other components such as fuses, contactors, relays, and terminal blocks, etc., according to the electrical schematic diagram and installation instructions for installation and wiring.

### Wiring
1. **Planning the Wiring**: According to the electrical schematic diagram and the internal structure of the control cabinet, plan the routing and connection positions of each cable. Try to make the wiring neat and beautiful and avoid cable crossings and clutter.
2. **Laying Cables**: Lay power cables, control cables, signal cables, etc. according to the planned routes. Fix the cables in the rails or cable trays to prevent the cables from shaking and wearing.
3. **Connecting Cables**: Connect one end of each cable to the corresponding electrical component or module, and connect the other end to the terminal block or other equipment. Ensure that the connections are firm and the contacts are good. During the connection process, pay attention to the correspondence between plugs and sockets, as well as the color and numbering of the cables to facilitate later maintenance and inspection.

### Grounding and Identification
1. **Grounding**: To ensure safety and the normal operation of the equipment, reliable grounding must be carried out. Connect the metal shell of the control cabinet, rails, grounding terminals of electrical components, etc. to the grounding busbar. The grounding resistance should meet the relevant standard requirements.
2. **Identification**: Identify each electrical component, module, cable, etc. inside the control cabinet, indicating its name, function, numbering and other information to facilitate future maintenance and troubleshooting.

### Inspection and Testing
1. **Appearance Inspection**: Check whether the appearance of the control cabinet is clean and undamaged, whether each component is installed firmly, whether the cables are laid neatly, and whether the identification is clear.
2. **Electrical Inspection**: Use tools such as multimeters to check whether the insulation resistance and grounding resistance of each electrical component meet the requirements, and check the on-off status of each circuit to ensure that the circuit connections are correct and there are no short circuits, open circuits or other faults.
3. **Function Testing**: Before powering on, first conduct a static test to check whether the actions of each electrical component are normal, such as whether the contactors and relays are normally engaged and released, and whether the indicator lights are on or off normally. Then conduct a power-on test. Start the control cabinet according to the operating procedures, check whether the functions of the controller, input/output modules, communication, etc. are normal, and observe the operating status of each device. If there is any abnormality, promptly troubleshoot and handle it.
